● Sasha Lauer, specialises in holistic health, with certifications in nutrition and strength training.
● Teddy Dinchev focuses on functional fitness and injury prevention with certification in corrective exercise.
● Ceco Dinchev is a strength and conditioning specialist with a background in competitive sports.
● Michael Aponno is experienced in body transformation, with qualifications in personal training and sports performance.
● Giannino Terilli works with fitness transformations, metabolic conditioning, weight loss and strength training.
● Michelle Pilao is certified in women’s fitness and pre/postnatal training, strength training, functional movement training with an emphasis on personalised fitness plans.
● Chris Doux-Boutout is a certified personal trainer specializing in strength training and transformation.

How to Get Started

Register with our website or through our social media pages, and one of our team members will contact you. This is followed by an in-person consultation. Based on your assessments, your trainer will create a personalised training program. Your membership grants you access to our team of expert trainers. Membership Details include a limited membership with a maximum of 250 members per studio, with only 20 members in the gym at any one time, when you sign up, to a minimum of one 45-minute PT session every week, and studio access to train in your own time is available for PT clients at an additional fee.
