The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

I was surprised with the level of complexity and care that goes into each and every single phase of Bao’s programs. Every time we would move into anew phase of training or diet Bao would back everything up with scientific facts and not just some random claims that a roid rager told him in a dim lit gym locker. His meal plans were strict yet precise and sometimes hard to stick to but I believe that comes from a lack of discipline on my end. Bao continuously checked in daily with my nutrition through the trainerize app and advised helpful ways to remain flexible within my macro and calorie budget. As for the training program, Bao has designed the workouts in his program to be swift yet effective. The workouts have strategically placed exercises which allowed me to maximise my results within the short span of twelve weeks. I would have never imagined the results I have achieved with this challenge. My performance has accelerated beyond what was originally expected and my physique is a testament to that.
Michael has been coaching me since the end of 2019 and I have grown incredibly, as both an athlete & a PT, since training with him. Not only has my strength increased in power lifting & Olympic lifting exercises, my technique and skill in these movements have improved a lot as well. His focus on quality of movement, not just on numbers, is so beneficial.
