When I first started with Michelle, I was lifting 6kg kettlebells in a class. Today I sumo deadlift and my PB is 130kg. I have gone from a 12kg goblet squat to 75kg barbel back squat, and from banded chin-ups to weighted chin-ups. When I first started training, I never aspired to achieve this, and yet today I can’t imagine life without training and pushing myself. It’s a feeling like no other.
Not only is a Michelle an expert in training and nutrition, but she is extremely passionate about sharing her knowledge and helping her clients achieve their goals.
